Our MiSsIoN & vISioN At P.A.L.S, our mission is to create a modern-day village where postpartum families find support, and a sense of belonging. We are dedicated to nurturing communal care during this transformative season. Our vision is to empower, educate, and uplift every member of our village, ensuring that no one walks the path of postpartum alone. Together, we embrace the challenges and celebrate the joys, forging a community that champions the well-being of postpartum families and fosters lasting connections. BECOME A PAL P.A.L.S. welcomes all families and volunteers who align with our mission and values. We honor every pathway to parenthood, including birth, surrogacy, adoption, and foster care. Every family deserves care, dignity, and a village. We are deeply committed to centering and prioritizing BIPOC and Queer families, recognizing the systemic barriers these communities have faced and continue to face in accessing equitable postpartum care. Equity requires directing resources toward those most impacted while ensuring all families feel welcome, affirmed, and supported. Our work is grounded in the belief that community care strengthens family wellbeing. We provide hands on, in home support that lightens the daily load during one of life’s most vulnerable transitions. By centering BIPOC and Queer families and embracing the full spectrum of family building experiences, we strengthen outcomes for everyone we serve. BECOME A PAL Our PaLs & DoNOrS
